Before your lash appointment: Please come in with bare, clean lashes (no makeup on your lashes or lash line) and preferably no makeup under the eyes. Avoid caffeine before your appointment. Street parking is available directly in front of my house! If you are not sure where to park please reach out. Please arrive on time so your service can begin promptly! Payment: Cash payments are preferred! Change is always available. Zelle & other electronic payments can be subject to a 2.6% fee. If you have any questions whatsoever don’t hesitate to reach out! Cancellation Policy
Any no shows or cancellations within 24hrs of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee automatically charged to the card on file
Late policy:
Any arrival at or beyond 10 minutes is a $10 late fee.
Any arrival at or beyond the 15 minute mark is a $15 late fee.
After 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and subject to the no-show fee.
